Genesis Companies was founded in 2004 and has gained prominence as a well-regarded MBE affordable housing developer, with a portfolio of 115 buildings and more than 2,100 units completed or in development in the New York metro area. Genesis has been engaged in the preservation of over 880 units with development costs totaling over $183,000,000. Most recently, Genesis and its development partner, Lemor Development Group, were selected by resident leaders and NYCHA to rehabilitate the Frederick Samuel Apartments, a 664-unit, 42-building cluster in Central Harlem as part of the NYCHA PACT program.

CLOTH is a non-profit community-based organization established in 1952 to serve the neighborhoods of Washington Heights and Inwood. CLOTH brings deep expertise in affordable housing development and the provision of compassionate and holistic social services having developed and preserved over 3,000 affordable housing units for a variety of populations. Most recently, CLOTH was part of the winning team PACT Renaissance Collaborative that was selected to rehabilitate a portfolio of 1,718 NYCHA units located within multiple buildings in Manhattan.

Pinnacle City Living (PCL) is one of the largest management firms in the country, with a portfolio of approximately 175,000 units nationwide, including 30,000 units of affordable housing. PCL brings a unique expertise in managing large scale, municipally sized communities, such as Rangel Houses. The team currently manages Spring Creek Towers (formerly known as Starrett City), a 150-acre, 5,881-unit affordable community in the East New York section of Brooklyn. PCL is currently managing 1,300 units at NYCHA’s RAD conversion site at Hope Gardens in Bushwick.
